Say a big “hi” to Jo, our Paraplanning Manager! Having joined Navigatus in 2019 as a paraplanner, Jo now leads our paraplanning team, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. She’s responsible for coordinating the team’s work, reviewing reports, and ensuring we always deliver top-quality support for our advisers and their clients.
Jo started her career in pensions at Friends Provident, working across individual and group schemes before moving into compliance and pension transfer specialist roles. She later became a paraplanner for a small IFA before joining Navigatus.
With her wealth of experience, Jo is brilliant at keeping the team organised and motivated, always focused on quality and client outcomes.
Clocking off
Away from the office, Jo enjoys watching sport, rugby in particular and has enjoyed the success of the Exeter Chiefs Women’s team.
Jo has three children who have many interests themselves, so she spends a lot of time ferrying them about!
