Emma came to financial services from a very different world. She spent six years as an IT recruiter, placing candidates in contract and permanent roles across the UK, before deciding it was time for a change and taking the leap. She hasn’t looked back, and by her own account has loved every moment of it.
She joined Navigatus in March 2026 and works alongside our experienced paraplanners, gathering the information and data that goes into our research and suitability reports. It’s the groundwork on which every recommendation is built, and it’s the best foundation there is for a paraplanner in the making.
Clocking off
Outside work, Emma’s time goes to her family and to planning their annual trip to Disney World. She’ll be the first to admit she’s a little Disney-obsessed. More recently, she’s caught the running bug and is training for both a 10K and a half marathon, so if she isn’t out on a run, she’s probably at the gym.
